There is a defining shift taking place in the professional beauty industry—one that moves us away from noise, speed, and superficial trends, and toward depth, science, and long- term thinking. Beauty is no longer about immediate transformation. It is about understanding, preservation, and intelligent intervention.

For me, this shift is not new. It is the natural continuation of a philosophy that has guided both my career and the evolution of Top Line from the very beginning.

This year, that journey reaches an important milestone: Top Line celebrates 30 years of existence. Three decades in which we have not only grown as a company, but have contributed, step by step, to shaping the professional beauty industry in Romania and beyond.

When we founded the company, the market was still in its early stages. There was talent and potential, but very little structure and almost no access to consistent, high-level education. I understood early on that bringing brands into the market would never be enough. Without education, even the most advanced products and technologies remain underused or misunderstood.

This is why Top Line was built not as a distribution company, but as an educational platform—a space where professionals can grow, evolve, and align with international standards.

Today, more than ever, this positioning is essential.

We are living in an era where information is abundant but fragmented. Platforms like TikTok accelerate trends at an unprecedented speed, often simplifying complex concepts into viral routines that lack context or scientific grounding. Clients arrive in clinics more informed, but not necessarily better informed. And professionals are faced with the challenge of translating this constant flow of information into clarity.

This is where our responsibility becomes very clear.

At Top Line, education is not a department. It is the core of everything we do.

We invest continuously in advanced training programs, international partnerships, and structured learning experiences designed to elevate the level of the entire industry. A defining example is our collaboration with the Raphael Perrier Academy in France, a benchmark for excellence, discipline, and creativity in professional education. This partnership reflects our belief that true performance is built through rigor, repetition, and exposure to the highest standards.

Because a true professional does not simply apply a product or perform a treatment.

A true professional understands why.

This same philosophy guides the way we select and represent our brands.

In skincare, the global direction is clearly moving toward longevity and epigenetic understanding. The focus is no longer on aggressive correction, but on supporting the skin’s natural mechanisms—its ability to regenerate, protect, and adapt.

Brands such as Babor and Dr. Babor Pro are at the forefront of this movement, with formulations that go beyond surface-level action and engage directly with cellular processes. Guinot continues to demonstrate the power of structured, protocol-based treatments, where consistency and expertise deliver measurable results over time. Academie and Dermacte respond to the modern need for balance—combining efficacy with skin respect, precision with adaptability.

At the same time, the integration of advanced technologies is redefining both aesthetic and medical practices. Systems from LPG, Classys, MCT or Vivace are no longer used as isolated solutions, but as part of complex, personalized protocols designed to stimulate and support the skin rather than overwhelm it.

One of the most important developments shaping the future of our industry is the emergence of regenerative approaches—particularly in the field of exosomes and epigenetic modulation. These innovations fundamentally change how we approach skin aging, shifting the focus from visible correction to cellular communication and long-term optimization.

But innovation without education is risk.

This is why, together with our partner Dr Ina Sosoaca, we have invested deeply in building Silhouette Medical Beauty as a space where these concepts are not only understood, but applied responsibly, at the highest level. Together with Dr. Ina Șoșoacă, a leading dermatologist and PhD, we have created a model where medical expertise and aesthetic excellence work together seamlessly. Every protocol is built on diagnosis, personalization, and long- term vision—never on trends.

Here, longevity is not a concept. It is a practice.

The same level of intelligence and structure applies across all categories we represent.

In haircare, the industry has moved decisively toward repair and long-term integrity. K18 has introduced a new paradigm in molecular repair, while Moroccanoil, Kevin Murphy, Kerasilk, Goldwell, Joico, and Vitalitys each contribute to a more advanced understanding of hair health—where performance is measured not only by immediate appearance, but by resilience over time.

In makeup, authenticity defines the new aesthetic. Clients no longer seek transformation, but refinement. Kryolan answers this need with professional-grade products that enhance natural features while maintaining skin expression. In nails, CND reflects the same direction—clean, durable, and respectful solutions that prioritize nail health alongside aesthetics.

All these elements—brands, technologies, education, partnerships—are part of a much larger vision. For us, building Top Line has always meant building alongside professionals. Not above them, not separate from them, but together. It means understanding their challenges, supporting their growth, and creating an environment where excellence becomes the norm, not the exception.

Thirty years later, this remains our strongest belief: an industry does not grow through products alone. It grows through people, through education, and through shared standards. Because the future of beauty will not belong to those who move fastest.

It will belong to those who understand deepest. And this is exactly how we choose to grow—responsibly, consistently, and together.
